NEW PATIENTS
FEEL AT HOME WITH A TEAM YOU CAN TRUST
From your first visit to every smile after, we’re here to provide trusted, compassionate dental care.
We know stepping into a new office can be overwhelming and that’s why we are dedicated to making your experience easy, welcoming, and comfortable from day one.

OUR FAMILY IS EXCITED TO MEET YOU!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR
FIRST APPOINTMENT
We're dental patients, too, and we know choosing a dental home is an important and personal one. From the moment you walk through our doors, our team is here to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

During your first visit, we’ll take time to get to know you — not just your teeth, but your goals and concerns too.

Your appointment will typically include:

Health & Dental History
We’ll review your medical and dental background to understand your overall health and how it may affect your oral care.

Digital X-rays
To help us see what’s happening beneath the surface, we’ll take digital images to assess bone health, existing restorations, and any developing issues.

Comprehensive Exam
One of our doctors will perform a full exam - checking your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, and screening for oral cancer or other concerns.

Gentle Cleaning
Our hygienists will thoroughly clean your teeth using our new piezo air polishers, removing plaque and tartar while polishing your smile to a healthy shine.

Customized Care Plan
We’ll talk through any findings, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan to keep your smile healthy and beautiful.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE...

We want your first visit to be smooth, stress-free, and comfortable from the very start. Here’s how you can prepare before arriving at our office:

Fill Out New Patient Forms:
Save time at check-in by completing your new patient paperwork ahead of time. When you call to set up your appointment, we will send you a link to fill-out your forms from home before you come.

Bring Your Insurance Information:
While we are not contracted or “in-network” with any specific dental insurance plans, if you have dental insurance, please bring your card or policy details so our team can help you file any applicable claims.
*DON'T FORGET* to send us a photo of the front & back of your insurance card. You can text it to 325.949.8535 or email it to lewrightdental@yahoo.com.

List of Medications or Medical Conditions:
Let us know about any medications you take or health conditions that might impact your dental care. This helps us provide the safest, most effective treatment possible.

Questions or Concerns? Write Them Down:
Whether you’re nervous about treatment or just want to understand your options, jot down any questions you’d like to ask our team. We’re happy to talk through anything.
