A proud West Texas native, Dr. Jack Lewright has been caring for smiles for over four decades and his inspiring journey into dentistry is rooted in service and heart. For Dr. Jack, dentistry is more than a profession; it’s a calling. He truly loves what he does and considers it a privilege to care for the dental needs of his patients. Known for treating everyone like family, Dr. Lewright has built his practice on a foundation of kindness, trust, and genuine relationships.

 

MORE ABOUT DR. JACK

After graduating from high school in Abilene in 1967, Jack joined the U.S. Army and married his high school sweetheart, Ginger, in 1968. The newlyweds were stationed in Germany, where Jack served for three years before returning to Texas in 1970.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Angelo State University in 1973, then went on to dental school at The University of Texas in Houston, graduating with his DDS in 1977. His commitment to excellence didn’t stop there.  By 1992, Dr. Lewright had obtained both a Fellowship and Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry, marking a career-long dedication to continuing education and advanced patient care.

​Outside the office, Dr. Jack enjoys life with his wife Ginger and their three children: Bryan, Brent, and Bethany. But the real stars of the show are his four beloved grandchildren: Grier, Ardynn, Annistyn, and Emersyn. When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jack keeps moving. Whether he’s out shooting sporting clays, dominating on the pickleball court, or attending events for his grandkids… sitting still is not an option!

Dr. Brent Lewright was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, and grew up learning the ins and outs of dentistry from his father, Dr. Jack Lewright. Inspired by his dad's commitment to helping others, Dr. Brent is proud to utilize his training, experience, and heart for people to serve the community that raised him. He is passionate about caring for San Angelo and surrounding area families, and strives to ensure every visit is relaxed, informative, and judgment-free.

After graduating from San Angelo Central High School in 1998, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Angelo State University in 2003. ​Shortly after marrying his high school sweetheart, Brittany, the two headed to Nashville, Tennessee, where Brent attended Meharry Medical College and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009. After graduating, Brent and Brittany brought their growing family back home to San Angelo for Brent to join in practice with his father.

Outside the office, Brent stays busy with his three daughters, Grier, Ardynn and Annistyn, and their many activities. When he’s not cheering them on, you’ll probably find him getting in a workout, sneaking in a few games of pickleball, at a Bobcat sporting event, or watching just about any sport that’s on television.

Dr. Taylor Farley Lewright brings a caring, thorough, and patient-focused approach to the Lewright Dental team. She is passionate about preventive dentistry and believes that great care starts with education, trust, and truly listening to each individual’s goals and concerns. She is determined to make a positive impact of patient’s lives through their smile.

 

Taylor earned her Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University in 2019, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2024. She joined Lewright Family & Cosmetic Dentistry shortly after graduation and recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with the practice in July 2025. Taylor considers it an honor to begin her career under the guidance of Dr. Jack and Dr. Brent, whose mentorship has profoundly shaped her both professionally and personally.​

​Taylor’s approach to dentistry is comprehensive and individualized. She works closely with patients to identify not only existing concerns but also underlying functional issues that may lead to future problems. Her goal is always to create a conservative yet effective treatment plan tailored to each person’s unique needs. She is committed to ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, understood, and confident throughout their care. Her clinical passions include cosmetic dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning, and both fixed and removable prosthetics. Still, she views preventive dentistry as the cornerstone of long-term oral health and incorporates it into every treatment she provides.

 

Taylor was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and comes from a large, loving family that shaped who she is today. One of her greatest joys is getting to work alongside her younger sister, Haley Farley, RDH, who recently joined the practice as one of its amazing hygienists. On July 12th, 2025, Taylor officially became part of the Lewright family when she married Dr. Jack’s nephew and Dr. Brent’s cousin, Joseph Lewright. They’ve shared many adventures since becoming a couple in 2019, but their greatest joy is their “son”, Willie Nelson, a long-haired miniature dachshund. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and tackling new home projects.
